Ingredients to make 6 regular size frozen smoothie popsicles:

The reason this smoothie recipe does not need yoghurt to thicken it up is because the bananas do the job here for you, making it a nice dairy free option

  • 2 bananas
  • a big handful of strawberries
  • 300ml apple juice
  • optional – a squirt or two of honey
