This is such a simple fun Valentine’s Idea to make together with (or for) your children!
Marshmallows on a stick work so well as they can be displayed beautifully and because there are no sticky fingers afterwards!
Marshmallows on a stick Ingredients:
- Marshmallows
- Icing Sugar (or any runny sticky icing)
- Food coloring
- Sprinkles & Decorations
- Wooden skewers
To make the icing we used icing sugar and a tiny bit of water.
To the icing we added a little bit of food coloring so I had 3 different colors.
Then we got out the sprinkles and had fun!
We pushed the wooden skewers into the marshmallows, then we dipped the top into icing and then dipped again into sprinkles!
Fun and Fun!
And Yum…
I would love to use this idea at a birthday party – and theme it to whatever suits the party!
I can see all the blue icing with silver stars at a Frozen Party – or Red and White Spots with Red and White Icing for a Minnie Mouse Party!! This would make a great “do it yourself” food station for kids!
We have also made Valentine’s Butterflies and Flowers – with Lolly Pops – also a great kids idea, check it out!
